Antler Showcases 28 Asian AI Startups Focused on Autonomous Systems
Singapore‑based venture capital firm Antler announced on Monday that it has showcased 28 early‑stage startups from Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, emphasizing a move away from AI copilots toward autonomous systems that can execute complex tasks independently. The showcase, part of Antler’s Asia Regional Portfolio Showcase, highlights more than half of the companies building AI agents, autonomous systems or AI‑native businesses across a range of sectors including infrastructure, digital workers, robotics, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, energy and consumer experiences. Healthcare and life sciences startups represented include Alphagrid, Maia Care and Verixus Labs. Robotics and physical AI companies include Beyond Robotics, which focuses on agricultural harvesting automation, and LambdAI Space, which transforms satellite data into asset‑level intelligence. AppSec AI’s tool integrates with continuous integration pipelines to automatically detect and remediate vulnerabilities, whereas Nugen Intelligence focuses on aligning AI models with domain constraints to reduce failure rates in mission‑critical applications.
